Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of getmappilot.com and the MapPilot service provided by Trade Space LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
1. The service
MapPilot helps U.S. home-service businesses maintain their Google Business Profile: publishing posts based on photos and information you provide, drafting and posting replies to reviews, sending review requests to your customers on your behalf, and sending a monthly report. The service is offered to businesses located in the United States only.
2. Your profile and access
You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile. You grant us Manager access and may remove it at any time. You confirm that the information and photos you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for your business's compliance with laws that apply to you.
3. Reviews: what we will and won't do
We send review requests to all customers you designate in the same way, without screening for satisfaction. We do not write, buy, sell or incentivize reviews, we do not suppress negative reviews, and we do not post reviews on your behalf. You agree not to ask us to do any of those things. Reviews of 1 or 2 stars are shared with you before we reply so you can choose the response.
4. No guaranteed results
Google alone decides how businesses rank in Google Search and Maps. We do not guarantee any ranking, number of reviews, calls, leads or revenue. Audits and reports reflect public data at the time they are prepared and may contain errors.
5. Pricing, billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, per location, at the price shown at checkout (currently $129 per location per month; $99 founding rate for the first 10 customers, locked for 12 months; $109 per location for 3 or more locations). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and their checkout terms also apply. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, email hello@getmappilot.com and we will refund that first payment in full.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use MapPilot to publish false, misleading, infringing or unlawful content, to impersonate others, or to violate Google's policies. We may pause or end the service if continuing would require us to break the law or a platform's rules.
8. Third-party services
MapPilot depends on services we don't control, including Google. MapPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Changes, outages or decisions by those services (including suspensions of a profile) are outside our control.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paying customers, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Price changes never apply during a locked founding-rate period.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
